SPONSORSHIP TIP #1:
At our very first meeting I have my sponsees write in their own handwriting in the front of their Big Book the quote from pages 76 & 79 that tells us to remind the prospect of two things if they balk about their amends, remind them in the begininning it was:
(a.) agreed to go to any lengths for victory over alcoholism and
(b.) decided to go to any lengths to find a spiritual experience.
This comes in quite handy when we are in the amends process, among many other times I ask them to refer to the front of their book and tell me whose handwriting wrote that! lol (VERY GOOD SPONSORSHIP TOOL!)
